1. Your Vision: Send me a reference photo (or several) of what you would like painted. Is there a past piece of mine you adore? A color palette you dream of?

2.) Size and Framing options: Tell me the dimensions you'd like for your painting. Pricing depends on size and can be found on the chart below. This is also when you decide if you would like me to frame your piece! I have four floater frame finishes available, but will always paint the edges of the finished work so you can hang it without a frame if you prefer. 

3.) Timeline: Need it by a special date? Typically, I request 8–10 weeks from signing the contract, but I'll adjust if I can!

4.) Secure Your Spot: 50% deposit secures your commission and covers materials and initial work. I will also send a short contract for you (and me!) to sign.

5.) Collaborate on Concepts: If needed I'll create a few composition ideas to explore different artistic directions. Once you approve, the real magic begins! I will ALWAYS send you a photo of the sketch before beginning painting and give you the option to make up to three rounds of edits.

6.) Review the Completed Piece: I’ll share photos of the finished painting, and you’ll have up to two revisions to make sure it’s just right.

7.) Love It or Leave It: If you don’t absolutely love the final piece, there’s no obligation to pay the remaining balance or keep the painting.
