Roxborough #1

A part of my “Midweek Mini” collection, “Roxborough #1” is the left half of a diptych inspired by the red rock formations at Roxborough State Park. Curiosity about the color of the red rock under moonlight vs. sunlight led me to depict this half at night, and "Roxborough #2" at sunrise. This piece is based on an image originally captured by Colorado Photographer, Kyle Parker. 

This mini was painted with archival quality, light-fast acrylics on 185 lb. cold pressed paper. Artwork measures 6x8" with an additional 1/2" border for easy matting and framing. The title and Rebecca's signature are handwritten along the bottom edge.
